Urology - Midwest
Flexible scheduling options designed to support career & work-life balance
Position Highlights :
Work-Life Balance: Choose a schedule that works for you traditional blocked scheduling or (7on/7off, 14on/14off, etc.)
Desirable Practice Setting: High-volume regional referral center with complex surgical, trauma, oncology, and robotic urology cases
Ideal Work Environment: Established and respected urology program with collaborative leadership and modern facilities
Favorable Call Schedule: Shared 1:7 call rotation with APP, hospitalist, and 24/7 URO tech support
Utilize EPIC EMR for streamlined patient care.
Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive Compensation: $550K - $710K+ $100,000 signing bonus plus additional quality incentives Pay and pay ranges are based on 1.0 FTE, and by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $300,000
CME allowance with rollover opportunities and mentorship support
Qualifications :
Degree: MD / DO
Certifications: BC or BE in Urology
Licensure: Active MN license or ability to obtain one
Experience: Open to experienced physicians or new grads with mentorship available
