Please ask about our generous referral fees!Seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible UrologistPermanent, hospital-employed positionFull-time, day shiftMonday through Friday schedulePart-time opportunities may also be availableJoin an established urology practice at a critical access hospital serving a large rural community with a significant need for urological servicesPractice includes inpatient care, outpatient care, operating room procedures, and emergency department consultationsSee approximately 8-15 patients per dayPerform approximately 3-8 procedures per weekTwo operating room days per weekCall schedule of approximately 10 days per monthProvide emergency department and inpatient consultations and managementPerform biopsies, kidney stone procedures, diagnostic imaging-guided interventions, and cancer treatment proceduresOffice-based services include urodynamic testing, biopsies, vasectomies, Lupron injections, bladder scans, and general urological consultationsCollaborate with other specialties and departments to provide comprehensive patient careWork alongside an experienced nurse practitioner, registered nurse, licensed nursing assistant, and administrative support teamUrogynecology experience is preferred but not requiredNew graduates will be consideredH-1B and J-1 visa candidates are welcome to applOrganization Information: Competitive compensationComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance optionsLife and disability insuranceMalpractice insurance providedGenerous paid time offCME allowance and CME time offStudent loan repayment and tuition assistance may be availablePublic Service Loan Forgiveness eligibleRelocation assistance401(k) plan with company matchFree gym membershipSupportive, team-oriented work environment with experienced and dedicated staffWell-established practice serving more than 33,000 people across the surrounding regionRecruitWell Core Values: Open communicationSense of urgencyTeamworkAccountabilityDriven to winHigher consciousness
