Dedicated block OR time from day one (full day). 1:4 call at a single hospital. 4 Urologists + 2 APPs collaborative, supportive team. Opportunity to buy into ancillaries (ESWL, surgery center). Half-day Fridays. 25 minutes to Charlotte. Easy access to Charlotte Douglas International Airport + multiple regional airports. Lake life at High Rock Lake + easy weekends in the mountains (Asheville/Boone 2 hrs) or coast ( 4 hrs).
