Urology Physician
4 Local Ski Resorts
Position Highlights
Balanced Schedule: 4-day work week with 1 dedicated admin day
Optimized Practice: Two days in clinic + two days in OR with blocked surgical time
Established Program: Step into a busy, quality-driven practice
Strong Support: Dedicated NP support for clinic, follow-ups, and procedures
Future Growth: Brand-new $34M medical office building underway, set to open in 2027
Predictable Volume: Consistent clinic volume with efficient workflows
Compensation & Benefits
Income Guarantee: $700k Base + Production
Comprehensive Benefits: Full package including health, retirement, PTO, and CME
Qualifications
Visa Support: H1-B visa sponsorship available
Education: MD/DO from an accredited medical school
Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
