Urologist Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary ranging from $550,000 to $600,000
$50,000 sign-on bonus
Guaranteed income structure
100% employer-paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage
Retirement plan with employer matching contributions
Relocation assistance and additional sign-on support available
Student loan repayment assistance up to $125,000 for eligible candidates ($25,000 annually)

Job/Practice Description: Urologist
Full-time
Epic EMR
Shared Call
Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
Exceptional opportunity to practice in an innovative, collaborative, and fully integrated healthcare system
Will have established clinic hours and block time in OR. Hospital rounding may occur prior to or after clinic hours. Call will be rotated among the group.
General Urology: Patient Assessment, Diagnosis,Treatment Plans, Follow-Up Care Patient Education
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, oncologists, and primary care physicians, to provide comprehensive care.
Common procedures may include: 1. Cystoscopy, 2. Urodynamic Testing, 3. Ureteroscopy, 4. Prostate Biopsy, 5. Vasectomy, 6. Lithotripsy, 7. Hernia Repair, 8. Radical Prostatectomy, 9. Bladder Surgery.
Currently has a Da Vinci robot
Profile Background: Urologist
MD / DO
Board Certified / Board Eligible Urologist
LA Medical License or In Process
Open to J1 and H1B sponsorship candidates
