Urology in Central Minnesota – Where Career and Lifestyle Align

CentraCare is seeking a skilled board certified or board eligible Urologists to join our highly respected and growing team. Enjoy a well-established referral base, state-of-the-art surgical facilities, and the ability to build a thriving practice in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
General urology with opportunity to sub-specialize
Inpatient and Outpatient Care
Access to da Vinci robot at multiple operating locations
On-site lab and imaging
Advanced OR suites with urology block time daily
Hospital APP supported practice
Urology Technician supported inpatient practice
Referrals from over 30 primary care and specialty clinics within the CentraCare system and multiple external referral sources
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Shared Call Schedule: 1:9
Strong, Supportive, Established Team
Work alongside nine accomplished Urologists and six Advanced Practice Providers , supporting the largest urology practice in Greater Minnesota.

The position offers a guaranteed base salary in the first year, with the potential for substantial earnings starting in year two, based on productivity and performance metrics.

Pay and Benefits
Starting pay begins at $525,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Salary range: $525,000 - $575,000 per year
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
