This opportunity allows the incoming physician to build the practice according to personal preferences, clinical interests, and desired patient volume while receiving support from an established regional Urology program.
What You Can Expect Clinical Scope: Comprehensive outpatient and surgical Urology
Procedures: Endoscopic, minimally invasive, and surgical care within credentialed scope
Support Staff / Resources: Established regional Urology program, clinical staff, and hospital surgical resources
Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic and surgical practice
Schedule: Full-time
Patient Base: Growing regional demand

Benefits The compensation and benefits package may include the following, subject to position-specific terms and eligibility:
$700,000 base salary
RVU-based production bonus
$100,000 sign-on bonus
