Urology Opportunity in Central Texas
Robotics Available, No Income Cap
An established Texas urology practice is adding a physician due to growing patient demand. With immediate volume, strong referral relationships, experienced APP support, and access to multiple robotic platforms, this opportunity offers the flexibility to build a practice around your clinical interests.

Robotic surgery available with multiple robotic platforms and room to grow your case volume
Integrated practice model with clinic located adjacent to the hospital and an on-site ambulatory surgery center
Experienced APP support and a collaborative team that's been working together for years
Practice Highlights Approximately 50/50 clinic and OR schedule with the ability to customize your template
Typical clinic volumes of 20-25 patients per day, adjusted to accommodate your surgical schedule
Manageable call with additional compensation for extra coverage and a rotation designed to become lighter as the team grows.
Limited outreach commitment of approximately 2 days per month with dedicated staff support
Compensation & Benefits Competitive 2-year guaranteed salary
Transition to uncapped wRVU compensation
$50k sign-on bonus
Residency stipend: $2k / month

Who We're Looking For Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
Interest in practicing comprehensive general urology
Robotic experience welcomed but not required
Eligible for a Texas medical license
