Job description
A well-established physician-owned and physician-governed multispecialty group in beautiful central Washington is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a highly respected and collaborative urology team serving a large regional patient population.
Position Highlights:
Full-time general urology position in a busy, well-established practice
Practice includes both adult and pediatric urology
Join a collaborative team of: 5 Urologists
3 Advanced Practice Providers
Four-county service area with no competing groups
Consultative support at a Level III community hospital with a strong hospitalist program
Opportunity to practice broad-spectrum community urology
Physicians are valued leaders with influence in organizational decision-making
Strong emphasis on physician wellbeing, autonomy, and work/life balance
Compensation/Benefits May Include:
Compensation range: $529K $573K
First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median benchmarks
RVU-based compensation model beginning in year two
Signing bonus
One-year physician partnership track for U.S. candidates
Relocation assistance up to $20K including packing expenses
