GE Aerospace Communications Co-OpAn co-op with GE Aerospace Communications provides valuable exposure to a full array of global communication skills, disciplines, and functions. The successful candidate will work closely with the communications team to deliver tangible results across a spectrum of internal and external opportunities. A person in this role will help the organization with strategic project management, writing, editing and additional activities that help shape the story of GE Aerospace, both internally and externally. Bring your passion and energy to learn and work on initiatives to drive the business forward. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position during Spring 2027.ResponsibilitiesConduct research, create content and presentations in support of communications plans and strategic priorities.Produce digital content, including newsletters and other collateral to use on communications channels, featuring employees and company programs to support key initiatives and messages.Proactively identify opportunities to include strategic messaging and content to broader internal and external audiences.Assist with intranet management, content writing, editing, and other communication projects as needed.Provide support for company events and/or meetings.Support timely communications deliverables to meet deadlines.Work with employees and managers at all levels and from various sites to achieve communication goals.Represent the organization on various internal committees/teams.QualificationsRising Junior/Senior with cumulative 3.0 GPA without roundingCommunications, Journalism, English, or other relevant majorProven writing skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools and web-based newslettersDetail oriented with skills in editing and proofreadingWilling to work in Cincinnati, Ohio for core team daysPreferences will be given to candidates who have completed a prior internship.Eligibility RequirementsAny offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
