The role oversees demand planning, material management, MRP/ERP systems and master data governance, and supply chain risk management to support uninterrupted operations and regulatory compliance.

The incumbent translates demand forecasts into executable production and supply plans, drives continuous improvement, and develops scalable systems, processes, and organizational capabilities to support clinical and future commercial operations. Working closely with clinical supply teams, contract manufacturing organizations, and logistics providers, the role ensures effective end-to-end supply chain execution.

As a member of the Andover Site Leadership Team, the Head of Supply Chain and Logistics contributes to strategic planning, organizational development, and cross-functional decision-making to achieve business objectives and support the site’s growth into full GMP manufacturing. Success in this role requires strong leadership, collaboration, adaptability, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain planning and execution, including production scheduling, isotope availability, inventory management, and distribution to ensure uninterrupted product supply.

Oversee materials planning, procurement, warehouse operations, and logistics to support just-in-time (JIT) delivery of Pb-212 radiopharmaceutical products.

Own site-wide planning processes, including demand and supply planning, safety stock strategies, and integration of supply chain requirements into business and strategic plans.

Drive cross-functional supply chain governance and issue resolution, proactively addressing supply risks, shortages, delays, and vendor-related challenges.

Develop and maintain planning systems, dashboards, KPIs, and master data governance (materials, BOMs, recipes, and resources) to enable effective decision-making and operational control.

Lead operational excellence initiatives focused on performance management, resource optimization, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and supply reliability.

Build organizational capability and readiness for GMP manufacturing operations, supporting scale-up, technology transfer, facility expansion, and commercialization activities.

Partner with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, CMC, Clinical, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to execute manufacturing strategies and achieve site objectives.

Oversee supply agreements and collaborate with Quality and Legal teams on contract management and negotiations.

Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, DOT, IATA, NRC, TGA, and other applicable regulatory requirements, maintaining inspection readiness and supporting audits and inspections.

Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to all site and corporate HSE and quality standards.

Contribute to corporate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities, aligning operational execution with business objectives.

Champion the company’s mission, values, and culture by developing a high-performing, engaged organization that supports innovation, growth, and operational excellence.

Essential Skills, Qualifications, Industry and Educational Requirements

In-depth understanding of logistics and planning tools (i.e. demand management, forecasting tools, forecasting processes, manufacturing orders, bills of materials) with the ability to integrate manufacturing, logistics, and planning at a systems level.

5+ years of leadership experience building and managing teams.

Strong knowledge of regulations governing the transport, storage, distribution, and disposal of radioactive materials, including TGA, ARPANSA, IATA, DOT, NRC, ADG Code, and applicable state and federal requirements.

Strong leadership, operational strategy and stakeholder management capabilities.

Excellent communication skills and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Working in a team environment and adhering to principals of diversity and inclusion.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, Industry and Educational Requirements
