Alexion in Boston seeks a Senior Director US Head of Country Operations, Study Start-up & Site Partnerships to lead the US operating model for end-to-end studies. You will set strategy, manage risks, and build high-performing teams across sites and institutions.
Working across R&D, Medical, Commercial and regulatory functions, you will drive enrollment, diversity, and data-driven delivery, while embedding AI and advanced analytics into country operations.
