Job description
DRW is seeking a US Equity Index Trader to join our US Options Trading team in Chicago. The role involves actively trading US index and equity options, managing positions and risk, and partnering with risk management, researchers and developers to improve trading stability and performance.
You will analyze market flows, volatility, and microstructure, refine pricing and execution, and conduct post-trade analysis to drive improvements in trading strategies and tools.
