Job description
Why Grasp
The finance industry is worth trillions, yet much of the work remains manual. Teams spend significant time gathering and analysing data, while critical insights are missed - leading to suboptimal decisions where the stakes are high.
Role
Grasp is an agentic AI platform automating complex research for private equity firms, investment banks, and management consultancies. We serve 300+ of the world's leading financial institutions, grow 3-4x per year, and are backed by renowned investors Octopus Ventures and Yanno Capital.
You’ll own Grasp’s US market end-to-end, working alongside a founder relocating to New York to open our US office. You’ll build on our UK blueprint, where we scaled from one to ten people in a year.
Initially, you’ll drive sales yourself, from generating pipeline to closing deals. You’ll then recruit, coach, and lead an exceptional team of AEs and BDRs, adding other local capabilities as the business grows.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an outstanding salesperson who wants to build a business - not just manage one - with ownership of US revenue, go-to-market execution, and hiring.
Skills and requirements
Exceptional enterprise seller. Proven track record of exceeding ambitious B2B SaaS targets and closing complex deals with senior executives.
Proven commercial leader. Experience building, coaching, and leading high-performing sales teams, with a hands-on approach to execution.
Builder- and ownership mindset. Thrives on building from the ground up, moves quickly, sets a high bar, and takes responsibility for outcomes.
Experience selling into the financial industry is a plus. You should be based in, or willing to relocate to, New York City.
What we offer
The opportunity to build and lead our US business at a defining moment in the AI revolution.
Direct partnership with a founder, meaningful autonomy, and an established expansion blueprint.
Competitive compensation, including stock options and performance-based commission.
