AstraZeneca in Wilmington, DE seeks a SrDirector, US Medical Early Asset - Market Access to lead US access strategy for early assets. You will shape payer-focused value narratives, influence cross-functional teams, and ensure pricing, policy, and evidence considerations drive asset development from late discovery through Phase 2.
The role requires deep US payer knowledge, experience in HEOR, pricing, and cross-functional leadership across Clinical, Medical, Regulatory and Finance teams.
