Job description
CSL Behring seeks an Associate Director, Medical Affairs to lead the US medical strategy for assigned therapeutic areas. The role provides scientific leadership across evidence generation, publication planning, medical planning, and cross-functional initiatives, serving as a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires an advanced scientific degree and 8–10 years in pharma/biotherapeutics with publication and advisory board experience. Travel up to 30% is expected.
