About the Role
We are seeking a US-based Admin PR & Media Coordinator to support public relations and media outreach activities across the United States.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with strong communication, research, and organisational skills who is interested in developing their career in PR and media relations. Advanced knowledge of PR and media relations is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Research US journalists, editors, publications, and media outlets.
Build and maintain targeted media lists.
Assist with media outreach, pitching, and follow-ups.
Support press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
Monitor media coverage and track outreach results.
Identify relevant media opportunities and news trends.
Support media relations and general PR activities.
Qualifications
Based in the United States DC .
Has a Experience with production and podcast setup.
Degree or relevant background in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Good research, writing, and organisational skills.
Interest in US media and current affairs.
Advanced PR and media relations knowledge is an advantage.
Previous internship or entry-level experience in PR, media, journalism, or communications is a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
