TheRole
\ N Serve as the US Payroll Administrator in delivering weekly full US payrolls for multiple states.
\ N Ensure correctness and completeness of payroll processing is aligned with payroll scheduled deadlines.
\ N Knowledge in understanding of garnishments and other payroll withholding Federal and State taxation laws.
\ N Maintain and update employee files as required within the payroll platform (ADP WFN).
\ N Experience in processing hours through a timekeeping/timesheet system.
\ N Management of Payroll Ticketing System: address and reconcile any pay discrepancies/inquiries from employees/contractors/clients.
\ N Manage and maintain update ADP’s Smart Compliance Portal (20%)
\ N Managing / Assisting inQuarterly and Year End Balancing of W2s, 941.
\ N Others duties that may be assigned.

Who You Are

Youare proficient in Windows-based applications and accounting information systems.
\ N You have a degree in Business Management or Accounting.
\ N You have advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
\ N You have strong accounting knowledge and can apply it to unusual and complex circumstances.
\ N You can effectively manage multiple and competing priorities, seek input, and communicate issues to stakeholders.
\ N You can recognize and investigate unusual amounts on financial statements.
\ N You maintain confidentiality at all times.
\ N You have excellent communication skills.
\ N You are a team player, problem solver, analytical, and detail oriented.
\ N You have strong customer service skills.
\ N You can manage complex worksheets to support accounting decisions.

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $45,000 - $55,000.
