Job description
Almirall seeks a Head of US Sales to lead a national field organization in dermatology and rare disease markets. You will shape the sales strategy, build capabilities for launches, and drive performance across five regional leaders and 44 representatives.
You will partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Marketing while overseeing training and incentive plans to optimize results and customer experience in the US market. Travel up to 50-70% is expected.
