Job description
CSL Behring is seeking an Associate Director of Sales Operations for the Americas region, based in King of Prussia. You will optimize US field sales execution, lead performance reviews with sales leadership, and partner across analytics, marketing, finance and IT to drive data-driven improvements.
You will drive operational excellence, streamline field processes, and oversee governance of sales tools while coordinating with field leadership and national meetings.
