Job description
CSL seeks an Associate Director of Sales Operations to partner with US Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams. You will optimize field sales effectiveness, deploy operating strategies, and drive actionable insights to maximize customer engagement and business performance.
You will collaborate with Insights & Analytics, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and IT to deliver executional excellence, standardize processes, and monitor performance across the sales organization.
