Immediate need for a talented US - Senior Engineering Technician. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Clearwater ,FL(Hybrid) . Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $26 - $28.85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct dynamic, thermal, and functional testing of electronics assemblies
Set up, program, and operate special test equipment to perform Acceptance Test Procedures
Maintain detailed test logs and follow precise test procedures without error
Provide daily pass-along shift information through verbal and written documentation
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance in the lab
Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement through daily interactions with team members
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in an electronics discipline
Associates, technical degree, or equivalent military training/experience
Ability to read schematics and apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Experience with General Purpose Test Equipment (e.g., Oscilloscope, function generator, power supplies, DMM, logic analyzer)
Attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures
Flexibility to work different shifts, including overtime and weekends as required
Prior military service (USAF, USN) and experience with Guidance and Navigation Electronics systems are a plus
Environmental test experience is a plus
