What You’ll Do
Lead Operations and Deliver Results
Support the development and execution of strategic business plans to achieve operational goals related to productivity, quality, safety, service, and cost.
Drive performance by analyzing metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
Forecast labor needs and manage staffing plans to ensure resources align with business demands.
Monitor operational performance and hold teams accountable for achieving key performance indicators.
Develop and Lead High-Performing Teams
Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and development to salaried and hourly associates.
Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.
