(USA) General Production Associate, ManufacturingMEAT PLANT # W 167th St Olathe, KS open positions R- $20.80 - $26.00/hr* Full time Shifts may varyPosition Summary...Operates and monitors production equipment by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Ensures all paperwork is accurateDocuments and records production and quality informationOperates and troubleshoots state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and systems using automated and manual controlsCommunicates problems or concerns to managementSupports continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining process data and equipment performance data to improve quality and throughputOperates and cleans equipment to maximize throughput and minimize downtimeCommunicates mechanical and operational issuesOperates equipment at recommended speedsMonitors products to ensure quality standards and efficiency targets are metAdheres to all safety procedures and guidelines, includingUsing required personal protective equipment (PPE)Operating machinery and equipment safelyReports hazards, near misses, injuries, and accidentsActively participates in safety trainings and drillsMaintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidentsContributes to continuous improvement of safety protocolsMaintains awareness of surroundings to ensure personal safety and the safety of othersComplies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity byImplementing related action plansUsing the Open Door PolicyApplying these in executing business processes and practicesCompletes work assignments and priorities by:Using policies, data, and resourcesCollaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partnersIdentifying priorities, deadlines, and expectationsCarrying out tasks and communicating progress/informationDetermining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunitiesAdapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedbackMinimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
