My name is Avery, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a HVAC Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Framingham, MA details of the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Pay: $40-46 an hr based on experience
5 Month Assignment possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget
Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule
The position will mainly be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP regulated facility
Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems
Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms
Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
Perform both preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation
Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues
Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards
Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of experience in commercial/industrial/warehouse/or manufacturing HVAC role
Experience with AHUs, Chillers, Boilers, and cleanroom HVAC settings
Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
HVAC certification is preferred
