Job description
Arethia is seeking a proactive Head of Operations to lead our first USA plant in Itasca, Illinois through renovation, commissioning, and ramp-up. You will coordinate on-site activities, manage contractors, and liaise with HQ and vendors to ensure milestones stay on track.
Post-commissioning, you will own plant operations, establish routines, lead the local team, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement while aligning with global standards.
