Job description
BookkeeperThe Bookkeeper will perform routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks for accounting data including accounts payable, billing, and receivables.Job Responsibilities:Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.Reviews billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any discrepancies.Distributes accounting reports as directed.May assist with mail distribution, answering telephones, and other clerical tasks as needed.Qualifications:Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems.Basic mathematical skills.Good verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.High school diploma or equivalent required.Bookkeeping training preferred.Uniform Requirements: Business Casual Onsite Clock
