Job description
Logistics ManagerEnsure products arrive to the correct locations timely, while certifying all safety regulations are met when moving between state/province/region/territory lines. Responsible for the accurate filing of Customer Profile entries.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesManage, monitor, and maintain records on required documents; and resolve all issues to obtain customs clearanceUnderstand customer's business, requirements, and rate structure; issue invoices for services rendered and accrue costs in systemReview and update customer filesSupport internal customer metricsMonitor changes to USDA and import/export regulations and communicate impacts to internal stakeholders and customers.Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)3 years' Import/Export or Logistics experience; or combination of education and experienceProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customersExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environmentDemonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilitiesWhy Lineage?
