nnWe are one of the largest Volvo Certified Pre-Owned dealers in New England, with a constant flow of used vehicles that need to be inspected, serviced, repaired, and prepared for sale.

nnSimply put: we currently have more work than we can keep up with.

nnIf you can turn hours, we have the cars.

nnCompensation: $75,000–$150,000

n nnOur top technicians consistently flag 15+ hours per day, and our used-car operation provides a steady pipeline of work year-round.

nnWhat You'll Do

nnnPerform used-vehicle and CPO inspections

n

nnDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and safety-related concerns

n

nnComplete maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately

n

nnRecondition used vehicles to our quality and safety standards

n

nnWork on Volvo vehicles as well as a variety of other makes and models

n

nnIdentify needed repairs and communicate findings clearly

n

nnWork closely with our used-car, parts, and service teams to get vehicles frontline-ready quickly

n

nnMaintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace

n

n nnWhat We're Looking For

nnnProfessional automotive technician experience

n

nnAbility to diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems

n

nnStrong mechanical skills and attention to detail

n

nnAbility to work efficiently and independently

n

nnSomeone who takes pride in both productivity and quality

n

nnPositive attitude and strong work ethic

n

nnVolvo or European experience is a plus, but NOT required

n

nnValid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

n

n nnYou Do Not Need Volvo Experience

nIf you’re a strong technician coming from another dealership, independent repair shop, or another manufacturer, we want to talk to you.

nnUsed-car experience is great, but what matters most is your ability to accurately diagnose vehicles, perform quality repairs, and efficiently get work done.
