$26-$30 Per Flat Rate HourUp to 150 Hours Per Pay Period

Sands Chevrolet in Surprise, Arizona is looking for an experienced Used Car Technician to join our busy reconditioning team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on used vehicles
Complete used vehicle reconditioning efficiently and accurately
Diagnose and repair mechanical and safety-related concerns
Perform brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and general mechanical repairs
Identify additional repair needs during inspections
Complete work according to dealership quality and safety standards
Maintain accurate documentation of repairs performed
Work closely with service advisors, used car management, and other technicians
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous automotive technician experience required
Used car, recon, or dealership experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to manage multiple repair orders and priorities
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Own tools required
