Hiring: Used Vehicle Technician
Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 Flat Rate
Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do
Perform inspections and repairs on used vehicles
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures.
Maintain a high standard of quality and safety
Complete all required training
What You'll Bring
3+ years of automotive technician experience
Experience inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing used vehicles
Mechanical and diagnostic skills
Willing to maintain quality and safety standards
Team-oriented, and committed to quality expertise
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards
The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $24.00 - $40.00.
This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production productivity.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
