About the Role
We are looking for a Middle+ User Acquisition Manager (Meta) to own and scale our Meta acquisition channel.
This role is for someone who enjoys working with large budgets, constantly testing new hypotheses, and making data-driven decisions. You'll have significant ownership over the direction, working closely with analytics, creative, product, and engineering teams to drive sustainable business growth.
We're looking for a proactive person who doesn't wait for tasks but identifies opportunities, initiates improvements, and takes responsibility for results.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
Experience managing$500K+ monthly budgets.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance metrics (CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, etc.).
Ability to independently identify growth opportunities and propose solutions.
Experience collaborating with analytics, creative, and product teams.
Strong experience with web funnels acquisition strategies.
Familiarity with analytics platforms like Amplitude and Tableau.
English level: Intermediate or higher.
What You’ll Do
Manage, scale, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta advertising campaigns.
Drive performance across key KPIs: ROAS, CPA, Spend, CTR, and more.
Generate, prioritize, and test new acquisition hypotheses.
Collaborate with PMMs and the creative team to improve ad performance.
Work closely with analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve reporting.
Initiate process improvements and automation ideas.
Analyze competitors and market trends.
Share learnings and recommendations with the team.
Bonus Points
Experience with platforms like Applovin, Snap, TikTok or others.
Experience with mobile app user acquisition campaigns.
