nAs a User Experience Designer you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. This role involves understanding user behavior identifying pain points and designing solutions that enhance usability and satisfaction. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required along with providing solutions to work related problems.
nKey Responsibilities:
nnnIndependently conduct detailed user analysis to identify opportunities for improving user interaction and satisfaction
n
nnCollaborate with cross functional teams to integrate user feedback into design iterations and project deliverables
n
nnRecognize recurring usability challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance overall user experience
n
nnContribute to the development of best practices and standards for user experience design within the team
n
nnSupport the team by sharing insights and findings that help shape project direction and improve outcomes
n
nnReview mobile apps and games for US market and be able to provide UI/UX recommendations based on quantitative evidence material design and latest best practices
n
nnExpected to perform with less supervision once training is completed
n
nnRequired active participation contribution in team discussions
n
nnContribute to providing solutions to work related problems
n
nnConduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
n
nnCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure design alignment
n
nnStay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
n
n nBasic Qualifications:
nnnMinimum 6 months work experience preferably with User Interface (IU) and UX Design
n
nnPossess good communication skills both writing and speaking
n
nnHigh School Diploma or GED
n
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnnExperience with Android Application Development
n
nnUnderstanding of user centered design principles
n
nnExperience in conducting usability testing and user research
n
n nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
