Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer - Expert to join their team. As a User Experience (UX) Designer - Expert, you will be part of the Design and User Experience department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a passion for innovative design, and a user-centered mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

nnnFacilitate collaborative design sessions including sketching and ideation to generate innovative solutions.

nnLead design reviews and drive strategic decisions to enhance user experience.

nnCreate comprehensive design solutions considering all aspects of the advisor and client experience.
n
nnTranslate established patterns and design systems into high-quality visual and interactive prototypes.
n
nnSupport research efforts to understand user needs and incorporate findings into design improvements.

nnnExpertise with foundational UX principles and best practices.

nnExperience executing high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
n
nnProficiency with documentation and project tracking tools such as Confluence and Jira.

nnStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

nnAbility to adapt and iterate designs based on feedback and research insights.
