Pinnacle Government Solutions is a minority-owned small business that provides Software, AI/ML, and Cloud Engineering Solutions for our Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Federal Civilian agencies. We are looking for a UI/UX Developer who will be responsible for shaping the user experience and visual design of our digital products. You will conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our audience, then translate those insights into wireframes and interactive prototypes. Your work will focus on creating cohesive, human-centered interfaces that ensure consistency and usability across multiple applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to implement intuitive solutions that address real user problems.
Required Skills:
Active TS/SCI clearance w/ polygraph
Color Theory
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
Animation and micro-interaction design skills
Experience conducting usability testing
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
