My3tech is seeking a User Study Proctor Team Lead in an onsite role across Cupertin o, CA and Austin, TX. Lead and mentor a proctor team, ensure data integrity, and design qualitative and quantitative user studies for wearable products. You will develop study protocols and present actionable findings to stakeholders.
Ideal candidates have proctor research experience and demonstrated leadership, plus human factors background to guide cross-functional research initiatives.
