Job description
Waterstone Human Capital is seeking a driven Sales Manager in Utah to coach a small team and directly grow a defined Utah territory. You will lead pipeline development, manage key accounts, and drive growth through strategic account plans.
The role requires 5–7 years of technical sales experience and 3+ years of sales leadership, with a hunter mentality and strong responsiveness to customer needs. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and Utah residency is expected.
