Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?Role SummaryAs a Utilities Operator at our Fort Collins Brewery, you're the backbone of the operation. You'll be responsible for keeping our brewery's critical systems running — think steam generation, ammonia refrigeration, CO2, compressed air, water treatment, and high voltage electrical distribution. This isn't a watch-and-wait role; you'll be troubleshooting, optimizing, and making real-time decisions that keep production moving. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex problems, and takes pride in owning your work in a quality, food processing environment, this one's for you.Job ResponsibilitiesAdhere to brewery safety and environmental standards including: Lock Out Tag Out, work permitting, Process Safety Management, hazard identification and resolutionOperate Brewery Utilities systems including: Steam generation, ammonia refrigeration and dehumidification, CO2 collection and liquefaction, compressed air, water treatment and alcohol distillation, high voltage electricity distributionPerform boiler water and evaporative condenser water chemical treatmentResponsible for process management, basic maintenance tasks, lubrication, housekeeping and sanitationDocument and respond to all activities that occur during shift of responsibilityRespond to customer department requests for assistance with Utility system optimization or troubleshootingAnalyze process data and make decisions on equipment maintenance and improvement activitiesLead and participate in continuous process improvement activities throughout breweryJob QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredKnowledge of safety policies and procedures is required (e.g. LOTO, PSM, personal fall protection, confined space)Stationary Engineers License or current enrollment in a related program is preferredExperience in some or all of the following areas: Water tube pressure boilers, large scale ammonia refrigeration systems, CO2 collection and liquefaction, compressed air systems, distillation columns and high voltage electricity distributionApplicant must have basic computer skillsApplicant must have a positive work attitude and be self-motivated, be able to work safely and autonomously in a fast paced and often loud production environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgroundsAbility to interpret piping and instrumentation drawingsAbility to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes and propose and implement remedies.At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
