NOW HIRING — Start Tuesday April 7, 2026 (TEMP-TO-HIRE)
Location:
Fort Walton Beach, FL/Eglin Air Force Base (must pass background check & drug screen for base access)
Pay:
$18/hr. | Paid Weekly

to join our team immediately. This is a great opportunity to build your skills, work with experienced crews, and be part of essential infrastructure projects.
Primary Job Functions
Assist with water and wastewater system utility construction
under close supervision.
Excavate trenches
, lay pipe, backfill, compact soil, and help with main testing.
Follow all Federal, State, and Company safety
policies and procedures.
Maintain safe working conditions — including trench safety and erosion control.
Load/unload and distribute materials to appropriate work areas.
Signal equipment operators to align machinery and materials.
Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
Operate machinery and hand tools as directed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
6 months–2 years of prior water and wastewater construction experience preferred
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must possess a valid Driver's License
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
for base access.
Willing to complete required OSHA safety training
(provided by company).
Physical Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather
Lift up to 50 lbs.
; push or pull up to 100 lbs
Work in confined spaces and areas with noise or chemicals.
Regular standing, walking, kneeling, bending, climbing, and use of hand & foot controls.
