Responsibilities
The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker works with the Dining Room Service Coordinator/Dining Room Supervisor/Café Service Coordinator as necessary and implement recommended changes as required
The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker assists in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.
The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker serves food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker keeps café counters, work tables, refrigerators/freezers, etc.
The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker sweeps and mop floors as directed.
The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker carries soiled utensils, etc., to wash area.
The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker places soiled linens in designated hampers/laundry area, following departmental policies and procedures.
The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker returns clean utensils to proper storage areas.
The Dishwasher/ Utility Worker helps wherever there is a kitchen need!
Qualifications Must be at least 15 years old with work permit
Must have ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must be team oriented
