Overview
Works under the direction of the Kitchen Manager in the kitchen, providing clean dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. in a sanitary manner at all times
Responsibilities
Completes orientation of running the dishwashing and pot washing machine.
Thoroughly cleans assigned areas and ensures that they have been checked prior to cleaning.
Assist in the line area and dining room when requested.
Adheres to posted cleaning schedule as necessary under supervision of superiors
Qualifications H.S. diploma or equivalent preferred
