Utility Maintenance Mechanic
Complete Building Services is a division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc., and has been providing service to the Washington metropolitan area for 60+ years and has grown into one of Washington's largest and most successful building operations, maintenance, and facility management companies. Utility Maintenance Mechanics will perform general maintenance and repair of the building's systems and associated equipment. Painting, Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry, Electrical Work. They will also carry general knowledge of HVAC systems and complete other tasks requiring non-specialty tools. The Utility Mechanics will provide essential coverage during peak operating hours at the facility.
Shift Time: Monday -Friday (40hrs per week) with possibility of overtime
Pay Rate: $45.72 per hour
Must be willing to perform a background check. Must be eligible to work in the United States. 2-3 years experience is recommended. EOE/ Disability/ Veterans
