This position supports a 24/7 operation working a 3-2-2 schedule rotating 2 weeks 7a-7p then 2 weeks 7p-7a.How you'll make an impact…Comprehensive understanding of personal and machine-specific safetyMaintain a safe, clean work environmentPhysically inspect, communicate, and troubleshoot the quality of product and customer/order specificationsRetrieve order specs, documentation, and order data to/from SAPAssist in machine maintenance and perform periodic maintenance to the machineMove material to and around the paper mill and stock prep areaWhat do you bring…High School Diploma or GEDTwo years of manufacturing experience (paper mill experience preferred)Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as a ruler, tape measure, caliper, and micrometerAbility to read work instructions and apply them to the jobAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled environmentAbility to train others and willingness to cross-trainWhat do we offer?Signing bonusMedical insurance with an accompanying health savings account, vision and dental insurance, PTO starting your FIRST day401k plan with company match, Company paid basic life and AD&D insurance, STD and LTDEmployee assistance programEmployee referral programAdditional company programs include: Wellness, clothing allowance, computer loan, and tuition reimbursementAn award-winning atmosphere!
