Job TitleResponsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Coordinate all daily crew activities to maximize productivity and qualityGood understanding of trench excavation, guidelines and safetyPerform work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions or behaviorsDaily coordination with team members, sub-contractors, trucking and suppliersUtilization of HCSS Heavy Job to track daily quantities, use of production reports and daily timecardsAbility to communicate with project managers/estimators and engineers as neededMinimum Qualifications:5 years excavation and grading constructionValid driver's license but a CDL is a preferredAbility to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull and be on your feet for long periods of timeAssure all safety procedures are followedAbility to work flexible shifts which include days, nights, some weekendsMust pass a pre employment drug screening and background checkBenefitsCompany paid medical, dental and vision401KPaid Time OffHoliday PayLife InsuranceShort Term DisabilityForeman Bonuses
