R-2 Contractors is seeking a Utility-Scale Heavy Civil Division Manager to lead and grow our Heavy Civil Division, delivering safe, productive, and high-quality utility-scale civil projects across the United States. This executive role collaborates with Operations and senior leadership to build a high-performing division and strong customer relationships.
The position covers Gilbert, AZ or Prineville, OR with about 25% travel.
