Our Advanced TPU Films products serve as components in a vast range of demanding surface protection applications, encompassing transportation, electronics, aviation, medical and wind energy sectors.ORAFOL Advanced TPU Films seeks candidates with exceptional decision-making abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Applicants must possess a positive "can-do" attitude and a strong sense of accountability while demonstrating rapid learning, drive, self-motivation, and strive for continuous improvement.With a base rate of $23.00 per hour, plus shift differential, our Utility Workers are indispensable to the seamless operation of our daily production process. These workers ensure the continuous feeding of the extruder with resin by adding, blending, and drying batch components while adhering to established setup guidelines and training documents. Additionally, they are responsible for packaging and palletizing finished goods according to customer specifications.Essential Functions:Follow set up guidelines for each orderEnsure material recipes are followedConduct resin sample testingSupply and cut packaging suppliesPackage and palletize finished in accordance specificationsOperate fork truck as requiredComply with all personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety requirementsORAFOL Advanced TPU Films operates on a 24/5 schedule.
