UVA Community Health is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our established team at UVA Health Piedmont Family Medicine in Warrenton, Virginia. This practice builds upon a long‑standing legacy of care in the Fauquier community and continues to expand access to high‑quality primary care throughout the region. The practice sits strategically between our Culpeper and Haymarket / Northern Virginia UVA Community Health locations, offering the best of small‑town charm with convenient access to larger metropolitan resources. As part of UVA Health, you’ll benefit from the backing of a nationally recognized academic health system while working in a well‑established, community‑centered outpatient practice.
Position Highlights
Location: Warrenton, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
FTE: 1.0
Patient Volume: 19–25 patients per day
Call: Approximately 1:12 rotation for clinic patients with Envera After Hours Triage
Setting: Outpatient only
EMR: EPIC
Technology: DAX Copilot AI‑assisted documentation
Loan Forgiveness: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Onsite Services: Moderately complex lab and point‑of‑care testing
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certification: Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Licensure: Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical license
