Our team is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, fostering meaningful relationships and helping organizations navigate transformation in an evolving digital landscape. We value collaboration, curiosity and a results-driven mindset that empowers both our clients and our people to succeed.
We are seeking an experienced UX Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will partner directly with clients to uncover user and business needs, and translate them into intuitive, evidence-based digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong research and strategic-thinking skills with hands-on interaction design ability, is comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders and stays current with modern design tools, AI-assisted workflows and accessibility standards.
Location: Atlanta, GA; Hybrid work environment.
What You'll Do
Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, usability testing) and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
Facilitate design thinking workshops, journey mapping sessions and stakeholder alignment activities with client teams
Translate research into sitemaps, user flows, service blueprints, journey maps, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
Design and iterate on interaction patterns and visual solutions using tools such as Figma, FigJam and AI-assisted design and prototyping tools
Partner with product managers, engineers and content strategists to define product functionality and ensure feasible, cohesive experiences
Apply and advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive design practices throughout the design process
Conduct usability and A/B testing on key interface elements (CTAs, navigation, forms, landing pages, and banners) and iterate based on findings
Contribute to and help maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across client products
Track UX trends, emerging tools and competitor products, and bring fresh perspective and best practices to client engagements
Present design rationale, research findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What You'll Bring
7–10 years of experience applying UX design best practices, with deep expertise in mobile-first, responsive and multi-platform design
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant product management certifications preferred.
Consulting and/or Digital Product Agency experience required with a proven ability to manage client expectations and adapt to diverse client environments.
Proven experience leading digital product concepting, from problem framing through high-fidelity execution
Strong foundation in user-centered design, design thinking and human-centered research methods
Hands-on proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD) and familiarity with AI-assisted design and research tools
Experience planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing and heuristic evaluation
Ability to synthesize ambiguous, sometimes conflicting inputs into clear design direction and concrete recommendations
Strong facilitation and communication skills, with experience presenting design concepts and rationale to clients and cross-functional stakeholders
Comfort working directly with clients to gather detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet their needs and vision
A consultant's mindset (adaptable, curious, and comfortable wearing multiple hats across research, design, and strategy) with a deep understanding of business drivers
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently, and to work effectively in a team setting, synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications
Passionate about resolving user pain points through great design, and open to feedback and constructive criticism
Genuine interest in UX and the broader design and innovation landscape, with a habit of researching and applying the industry's latest trends and technologies
