Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Manager III, User Experience Design for Talent Solutions in Seattle, WA. You will lead a team of designers shaping candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experiences across Amazon’s products, setting direction and maintaining high design quality.
You will partner with product, engineering, and UX research; coach designers through hard problems; and ensure design is integrated early in workstreams.
