Senior Designer
Senior designers lead activities to conceptualize, create, and improve product and service experiences. They are experts at applying human-centered design to solve challenging problems and create meaningful experiences. They mentor design team members to excel by sharing their design expertise and facilitating critique sessions to improve designs.

Designed human-centered experiences for numerous products and/or services
Demonstrated design deliverables and approaches in a professional portfolio
Conceptualized and evaluated designs based on user research findings, design critiques, and industry best practices
Leveraged advanced functionality of leading design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) to create designs
